  About Ellen Stellar

  Story One: Erotica

My preparation for the night with Nrogo started with the maids’ arrival.

They tried to wash me, but I insisted that I could manage myself. Later, when I stood in front of the mirror, wearing only a towel and putting the artificial wax in my hair, the maids looked at me with stunned expressions. Dinea’s cosmetics are designed for nightly outings, so as soon as I put the wax on and combed my hair, it became shiny, glistening and well-arranged. In short, my hair looked awesome.

Then I applied concealer, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. When I was done with the makeup, I put all of it away, leaving only the tube with the hair removal cream on the table, and went to put on the rags that they had brought. When I looked back casually, the cream was gone. Thieves! Now I’d know who had ordered them to spy on me.

They didn’t bring me any food for lunch, so if it hadn’t been for my stock of snacks, I would have been hungry. Eating chocolate, I placidly endured the fact that they were dressing me. There was no underwear, so I had to get my own, choosing the ones that weren’t so revealing. How people can not wear panties is beyond my comprehension.

Speaking of clothes, they gave me a white floor-length sack made from some kind of light and breathable fabric. I didn’t mind as the room was quite hot. They also gave me a grey skirt consisting of two rectangular pieces of fabric connected at the top. I was supposed to wear it over the sack. This contraption would make any woman look ugly. Finally, they put a piece of rough opaque cloth around my neck, so that it covered my chest. This left only my face visible. There were no heels, only flip-flops. A maid tried to braid my hair, but I politely refused.

After they seemed to be done, I took off all the rags they had put on me and started making some alterations, while the maids looked at me in astonishment. Firstly, I added darts at the waist, fixing them with glue. Neat and pretty. Secondly, I put on my bra and stockings. Then I spent some time thinking what to do with that ugly piece of cloth on my neck. In the end, I replaced it with a white scarf that accentuated the color of my skin and showed off my hair.

As I was adjusting the scarf to make it look flirtier, I heard a bloodcurdling cry somewhere far away. For some reason, I was sure that it was the baby hippo.

Soon I was left alone. Glancing out of the window, I realized that it was night already. I went from the bedroom into the living room and froze there, standing in the doorway. While I had been improving my attire, the maids had brought in a new bed and placed it in the middle of the living room. The bed was huge, about fifteen feet wide. It was covered with white petals. There were no pillows or blankets.

There was, however, a table full of food, probably enough to feed at least seven people. In the center of the table there was a dish with a poorly fried piece of meat, still covered in blood, or maybe it was some kind of a sauce. There was also fried and boiled poultry.

A 2-foot long fish was baked with some kind of vegetables. The table also featured two decanters – one with clear liquid and another with red. There were also many various fruits, most of which I was seeing for the first time. There were no plates or utensils, except for two knives. No napkins either.

The maids also carpeted the floor with flowers and petals. Judging by the size of the petals, I thought that I should avoid meeting the animals that lived with these flowers in the wild. There was no avoiding Nrogo though, so I started preparing for the meeting.

I rummaged through the wardrobe and got ready: I put the alcohol tablets into the left cup of my bra and a small pepper spray bottle into the right one. I also found the nice folding knife that I had bought at the spaceport. ‘I should give it to the dude as a present, maybe he’ll be nicer to me,’ I thought.

Then I heard some raised voices behind the door, so I quickly closed the backpack and stuck the knife in my belt. It felt cold against my skin, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The door swung open. I expected that my scumbag of a father would walk in, but it was the mama hippo. She was wearing only a nightshirt. Her hair was wet. She obviously had been taking a bath and didn’t expect anything bad to happen.

“You wretched piece of trash!” She said right away.

I pretended that I was surprised.

  “Taakrah!”

  Now I was really surprised.

We kept silent for a while, looking at each other. Finally, the mama hippo bothered to speak.

“My lord will learn about it, and you’ll be punished!”

  Funny, really.

“What for?” I asked the mama hippo politely.

Mama hippo got red and glared at me, but there was nothing she could say.

I ostentatiously looked at my mirror table and rounded my eyes.

“Oh, where is my hair removal cream?!” I exclaimed. “I think somebody stole it!”

Mama hippo rushed out of the room, slamming the door hard.

I laughed derisively and loudly. Suddenly, I felt very happy.

Waiting for the contraceptives to arrive, I first walked around my room, and then went out onto the balcony. When I was about to return to my room, something fell on the floor. I picked up an ampoule and heard Naska speak to me in his soft voice.

“Make the injection now and give the ampoule back to me. Otherwise, they’ll find it.”

Naska’s voice was muffled. I did what I was told to do, cringing
a bit, then went back onto the balcony. Barely visible in the light of candles from the room, Naska’s hand appeared in between the stone railings. I put the ampoule in it and left. As soon as I got back, the door swung open again.

Turning around abruptly, I froze, looking at the visitor in terror.

“Kiran,” his voice made something deep inside me tremble nervously, “daughter of Ciara!”

My fighting spirit disappeared without a trace. I stood motionless in the balcony doorway, with my hands pressed hard against my chest, staring hopelessly at the warrior. Since I’d already seen him earlier in the square, I knew that he wasn’t small by any means. But as he was standing there, bare-chested, with his hair still wet and let down, Nrogo was simply huge. His wide shoulders alone were enough to scare anybody, his neck was tremendous and the muscles on his hands… If he was a dumb jock, I wouldn’t be so afraid, but Nrogo was devilishly smart to fool. The smart, dangerous and fast-moving tahr-ehn was scrutinizing me. This time he stared directly into my eyes, ignoring other parts of my body.

“Are you scared?” The warrior asked with contempt.

“Have you seen yourself in the mirror?” I asked nervously, taking a step back.

I expected that he’d be angry, but Nrogo smiled instead.

“I don’t look at myself in the mirror.”

“You get scared too?” I guessed.

  “Sometimes,” Nrogo answered enigmatically.

“Woman given to me by right, do you give me your permission to come in?” He suddenly added in a commanding tone.

I froze. Was he talking to me? That is, does he need my permission?!

“No!” I yelled even louder than the baby hippo had screamed earlier.

“Too bad,” the warrior said cheerfully, chuckling and walking into the room.

“So,” I looked at him indignantly. “I said ‘no’, but you… you…”

“Kiera, my question was a formality,” there was not a trace of guilt in his mocking eyes. “Come in,” he said to somebody.

Two warriors walked in. One of them led some huge white animal on a chain. It was up to my chest in height. Swallowing nervously, I looked into the animal’s yellow eyes, while it bared its teeth in anger.

  “Akashi!” Nrogo commanded.

And the warriors unleashed the animal.

The huge beast dashed into the room. It stopped in the middle, jerking its muzzle up and sniffing. ‘What kind of a check is this,’ I wondered. ‘So, Nrogo doesn’t trust my daddy? Or does he not trust me?’ The animal came up to the table, sniffing it with its eyes closed. I understood that Nrogo didn’t trust my entire family.

“Don’t be afraid. Akashi is only looking for anything that could be harmful.”

Saying this, he was slowly advancing toward me, and suddenly I felt like jumping off the balcony. I swallowed nervously and turned around to look outside, estimating whether or not I could jump safely. I don’t know why, but Nrogo stopped, looking at me shrewdly. He probably guessed what I was thinking.

“Come near,” he stretched his hand out and ordered.

  My heart skipped a beat.

“Come near!” The warrior repeated persistently.

‘Yeah, right,’ I thought and shook my head.

The warrior narrowed his eyes that weren’t too wide to begin with. It was obvious that he wasn’t happy with me, but suddenly the animal growled. And then I saw something very strange. Nrogo turned to the animal, but it wasn’t a simple movement. It looked like his shadow turned its head first and he followed it. Really fast! So fast that it was barely noticeable. But I saw the shadow for sure. Now in addition to being afraid of huge dudes of Eeristan, I was terrified of their mysterious abilities. Who were these warriors? And what was mom hinting at?

“What?” Nrogo asked the white beast sternly.

The beast growled quietly, staring at the fruit. Nrogo nodded, one of the warriors dashed to the table and produced a composition meter. I was stunned. It was indeed a C-meter. The ones we had at the university were five times bigger and had fewer functions. Any scientific lab manager would kill to have a device like the one the warrior was holding in his hand.

A needle came out of the flashing panel with a click, and the warrior inserted it into a yellowish fruit. Dying of curiosity, I came up closer to find out what was in it. I was good at chemistry. I had forgotten about the animal, which turned out to be a mistake.

“Kiran!” Nrogo’s shout made me startle, but I kept going.

The animal growled. I was ten steps away from the table when I froze, remembering what I had hidden in the left cup of my bra, I looked at the beast in terror. The animal menacingly bared its fangs. The white hair on its neck stood on end, and the monster lowered its head, preparing to jump. I stood frozen with fear and didn’t know what to do. I knew what had caused the beast to suspect me, but it would be unwise to let the warriors search me.

The wild animal tensed and was about to attack. I remembered who the strongest here was and decided to play the fool.

“Aaaaahh!” I screamed and ran toward Nrogo, who stood there speechless.

This was only the beginning. I jumped and hung on him, clutching him with my arms and legs. Then I pressed my nose against his shoulder and started sobbing in fear. No way he could resist me. All men have a soft spot for a tearful victim, it is written in every romance book.

“Get back, Akashi!” Showing his dominance, Nrogo’s huge hand grabbed… my butt. “Tagar, take him away!”

I went limp with happiness, or rather with realization that I had gotten away. I sniffled for real now and even clung to Nrogo a bit harder.

The door slammed, and we were left alone. Only then did I remember that the white animal wasn’t the most terrifying beast here.

“Woman must not show her body,” said Nrogo suddenly.

At first, I didn’t understand what he was talking about, but the warrior petted my leg. When I had jumped, my skirt had crept up, revealing my legs up to my butt. Embarrassed, I tried to get off the warrior. But he didn’t let me.

“Now you can show,” Nrogo said and headed toward the bed.

A second later I was lying on my back, and the warrior was hovering above me, looking at me as if I didn’t have any clothes on.

“What is little princess hiding?” He asked.

I was hiding a lot, but there was something I could show him.

Blushing, I reached for my bosom and produced the knife. All the while Nrogo was watching me attentively.

“Want to commit suicide?” Nrogo asked, raising his eyebrow.

“You’re not so scary,” I quipped.

His confident smile showed that he was indeed scary and worse, but surprisingly, he kept smiling.

“Want to murder me?” The tahr-ehn asked again.

“I’m not so bloodthirsty,” this time I was almost insulted.

“Then what is it?” Nrogo took the knife and, looking disgusted, held it with two fingers.

  “It’s a present,” I tried to smile.

Nrogo didn’t believe me but looked at the knife for some time. He twiddled it, examining the handle.

“It’s an excellent knife, by the way,” I sat down. “It’s a good brand, they make great weapons.”

“A knife?” Nrogo looked at me suspiciously, then he pulled a footlong knife out of his sheath. It looked like a real weapon. “This is a knife.”

I swallowed, trying to come up with an answer.

“Mine is a souvenir. Does Nrogo like my present?”

He looked at me skeptically, chuckled and mocked me.

“Civilized Kiran forgot to bring beads for Nrogo the barbarian.”

Did he think this would intimidate me?

“Sorry, there was nothing suitable for your size,” I answered. “You know, they don’t make anything this big!”

He smiled wryly and put my little present into the sheath where he kept his own knife.

“Kiran doesn’t know the traditions of Eerista
n,” he said.

  I had to nod.

“A woman does not give presents,” the warrior continued. “It’s insulting.”

  Here we go.

“Why is it insulting?” I dared to ask.

Nrogo stretched his hand out. I got up, tidied my hair and only then looked at the warrior. The tahr-ehn stood very close, continuing to scrutinize me, and didn’t even bother to step away. His next question shocked me.

  “Are your breasts real?”

  Interesting.

Stepping away from Nrogo and the spaceport-sized bed, I adjusted the scarf that covered my chest and answered honestly.

  “Yes.”

He didn’t believe me at all. The next second Nrogo made a move for which Instructor Lodgen would probably give half of his life to be able to. He grabbed me, spun me around, squeezed my hands in one of his, and then silently and meticulously gave me a professional breast exam with the other. Dry alcohol tablets and pepper spray were thrown on the table. I was scared.

“Little princess likes surprises?” Nrogo’s voice was no longer joyful. Only anger was left.

  “I…” I swallowed nervously. “I…”

“I knew that Kiran McVarras was immodest and improper, could it be that you also have no honor?”

“What?!” I tried to break free.

But the warrior kept holding my hands, and when I tried to kick him, he threw me face down onto the bed. Still holding my hands and moving as fast as a shadow, Nrogo cut my clothes that had been so carefully altered, leaving only the lingerie.

That was it. I lay there breathing heavily, listening to what was happening. But nothing happened. Nrogo still held me tight, forcing my face down, but he didn’t do anything else. Then I felt his breath on my shoulder.

“Is Kiran a fool or is she only playing one?” He asked.

I decided to say nothing, pretending to be terrified. Maybe it would help?

It did. Nrogo let my hands go.

“A woman doesn’t wear jewelry,” he said hoarsely. “A woman doesn’t wear underwear. A woman doesn’t paint her face. A woman doesn’t provoke a warrior. Do you understand?”
